are r1 and r2 same height?
and r4 r5 same height?

Function row and Number row both use the same profile, yes, and
Bottom alphabetic row and Space bar row both use row the same profile.

("Row 1" often means the numeric row, with "Row 2" the row with the "QWERTY" keys ... but there are multiple ways to count keyboard rows)
