Hi everyone:
Well...after a couple of months lurking in Geekhack, I decided to introduce myself and start digging deeper into the world of customized mechanical keyboards.
I am here to learn from you guys and hope that you will help me get some experience and be able to some cool stuff.
A couple of weeks ago, I decided to purchase an IDOBAO

Not expensive and, hopefully, very useful to get some experience for my first build (no soldering yet). Let's see how it goes
See you around!

Hi velgarath. Welcome to Geekhack.
Keyboards have to be one of the best ways to get into soldering, in my opinion. The pads/contacts are huge and spaced out pretty far. Perfect for beginners. It is a lot easier than it looks. Just follow a good guide and take your time the first few times.
