Title: What size diameter to match large coils on mechcables.com?

I want to start a new hobby and make my own mech cords. I would like to make my coils the same size as the 'large' size(not jumbo) on mechcables.com. Does anyone what diameter pole I would need to match the large(not Jumbo) coil size?
