Title: Non-mechanic Keytronic deals, NOT from ebay
Post by: TexasFlood on Tue, 29 June 2010, 21:31:30
YES I KNOW THEY AREN'T MECHANICAL!

Just an FYI for anyone who might be interested. Although they aren't from ebay, looked like the most appropriate place to post them.  I was over at pacificgeek and looked through their keyboards for sale.  Again, just an FYI for those who might be interested.

There is a list of current Keytronics keyboards here. (http://www.keytronic.com/home/keyboards/keyboards/keyboards.html), click on "Product Matrix USA" after the page comes up.

They had this black Keytronic PS/2 E039948 (http://www.pacificgeek.com/product.asp?ID=40914) for $17.99 which looks like the LT Designer I have.  Note I can't say for sure it is a LT Designer, just that it looks like one.  You might want to google a bit to confirm.  Could also be a DESIGNER-P2 (http://www.keytronic.com/home/products/specs/designer-p2.htm) I guess.

Also saw this pretty cheap ($4.99) Ivory Keytronic PS/2 E03601QUS201-C (http://www.pacificgeek.com/product.asp?ID=865362).

The black one is some sort of OEM, but only the FCC ID knows for sure which one.  I'll let you know.  It's all over the web for sale at wildly varying prices.

Why does the Designer-P2 cost $60, anyway?
