Has anyone ever seen or heard of someone including a fingerprint reader in their custom keyboard build? If so could anyone point me in the right direction on how I might be able to include one, I am working on an idea for a personal build and am going to try and incorporate it.
I am currently trying to learn basic electronics and PCB design also so this whole project will probably take me a year or longer to complete. If and when I do complete it though I may be interested in running a group buy for it assuming I can get it all to work together.

the only board has this feature that I know is the Varmilo MA104-A (http://)
I also have the idea of including this in my keyboard but I cannot find any appropriate fingerprint readers. (also the price for individual piece is too high)
another work-around that I can think of is to integrate an usb-passthrough in my keyboard and plug a separate usb-fingerprint reader into it.
