i just  bought this item can u tell me it work on my  Apple extended keyboard to my PC right
do i need to buy  or do Anything else  thanks!

I used it on my AEK II works great also easy to rebind other keys with it. its basically plug and play. You don't need anything else.

Yup, I have one and use it with an M0116. I regret not going for hasu's converter though as they're better for customising, still happy with it as it's useful to have a clean easy to use adapter I can test boards with.
