Title: Hi all from the land down under

Been a standard “Gamer” in buying brand boards (Like Logitech and Steelseries) and not really Thinking much past it. Fast forward to a mate of mine showing me the wonderful world of custom boards and switches besides cherrys, now anxiously waiting for the Drop ALT to arrive in a month or two so I can properly start my mech keyboard journey.

You properly started your mech keyboard journey with the very first one you ever bought, if you ask me. People who have never felt a mechanical keyboard before doesn't get it, and never cares to. Crossing that barrier is what matters in my opinion.

What switches have you been able to try? Which do you like? I'm glad to hear you're already looking past MX entirely. lol
