Title: [IC] Krytox GPL 205 G2 grease

Hi everyone !


   This is an interest check for Krytox GPL 205 Grade 2 grease

   Compared to Krytox GPL 205 Grade 0 the only difference is in consistency:

  Grade 2: Normal Grease (Peanut Butter Consistency)
vs
 Grade 0: Very Soft Grease (Brown Mustard Consistency)

Grade 2 has the same uses (stabilizers,switches,topre sliders etc.) but is thicker and for that is a bit better for stabilizers but needs to be applied very thin on switches or you can mix is with a bit of GPL 105 oil.

If enough interest is gained, I will pack them in 10ml containers, of which you can get multiple. Shipping anywhere, check the interest form for more info.

People getting over 20 ml will receive a bonus 10% quantity of the same stuff.

Ex. 3 x 10 ml will get a bonus of 3ml.

I’ve used grade 2 for 3 different batches of switches. All of those are actively used right now and I can vouch for grade 2 being just fine both in terms of lubing (no issues and not any harder then apply g0, 3204 etc) and usage (no weird feel, just your regular 205 experience).

I’d strongly suggest using 0 size brush to apply lube though, that’s for all lubes but for 205 g2 in particular as it’s a tad bit thicker.

UPDATE: Checked the IC form. First of all, that container is 500 grams and (correct me if  I’m wrong) it’s not the same as 500 ml. Also price seems to be a tad steep. I got my 500 grams container from EBay for 105€ shipped.

Huh I happen to need a switch lubricant but it's odd to see this on IC.
