Title: Is it even fixable?
Post by: tp4tissue on Wed, 17 June 2020, 15:31:41
At this point we know a few things.

Korona is highly infectious.
Deadly to anyone over the age of 60.
Deadly to overweight peeps over 50.
Deadly to severely-overweight peeps of all ages.
'Murica has a majority population of we phatties.
The general public is very haphazard about Social-Distancing.
The general service industry is very haphazard about Regulation.
The government doesn't really care and is thoroughly ineffective
Humans have to eat
Humans have to farm
Food has to be refrigerated for transport
Korona survives almost indefinitely in refrigerated conditions
Humans have to stock grocery shelves

One looks at the pipeline and posits it's likely impossible to NOT get infected at some point in the 'Murican state of affairs.

Vaccines only work for a short while before an update is required. Hopefully everything falls into place but well we haven't been very lucky thus far.

Thoughts ?  What are your survival plans, life decisions ?
