This board is awesome! I picked one up when I was in Japan in March. I did a mini review of it on my stream a few weeks ago. If anyone is looking into getting one, I recommend it, this price seems reasonable, it's about the same price I paid when I bought it. It's a very interesting idea!

Thank you. The Dumang Modular keyboards have been on Chinese and Japan market for about 2 years, works very stable now, this is not a concept only :))

I'm assuming this isn't using open source software. What software is going to be used to program these switches, and can I get a link to confirm it works on my system?

I've spun it up in a Win10 VM, it runs, but the first thing it does is look for a keyboard. If there isn't one attached, there isn't much else you can do.

I'm using the 'full size' version, which is probably similar to TKL. I want to stick with dedicated keys for things nav buttons.

I would say that build quality is really good, much more solid IRL than is suggested by the photos. The impression I get from handling them is that they are built like high quality Apple tablets, only much denser.

No idea what the customisation software is like though, as I haven't found the need to use it.

Thank you for the feedback. The software is really cool,  you can try to use it too!
