These are both heavy linears at 70 actuation force but the bottom out force is higher for the berries at 95g, while dark yellows are 80g. I don't know which one I like but if you have any experience in both of these switches it would be much appreciated if you can give me a comparison. Otherwise, pros and cons for each switch would be good enough. I do play games often but I mostly use my keyboard for working. So if you think these switches can get a bit fatiguing then please say so. Thank you.

Heavy switches ~ ~
What you want is 60-70g bottom out, those are not fatiguing for long typing :)
63.5 g is my favorite weight

Have you tried MX black switches? I think most people tend to find heavy linears to be more fatiguing than tactiles or clickies of the same weighting. I use box navies all of the time, and enjoy them, but I couldn't stand MX blacks ... and those are weighted lighter than these.
Do you have a switch tester? If not, you may want to invest in a big one.

What's with all of the MX blue love all of a sudden, tp4? I never pegged you for a clicky guy. What switches have you tried?

Surprise, Tp4 do'n even know how type, he's been using voice dictation this entire time.

i agree with maledicted, that sounds tiring. but if you are serious about these two, then it would probably depend on how you type. if you always bottom out, go with the yellows. if you want more feedback to prevent bottoming out, go with the blueberries.

I have a hot-swap keyboard so I don't really need one.

The point of a switch tester is to allow you to try multiple switches though. Unless you’re planning to buy a sample bag of a few dozen different switches, having a hot-swap keyboard doesn’t negate the benefit of buying a switch tester :)

I understand what you mean but I might aswell just buy the switches seperately if i can. If it is cheaper to get a switch tester than maybe but if I can buy individually then I might as well do so to save money.

It’s not so much that they’re cheaper (though they are cost-effective for the most part) it’s more than you’ll have a hard time getting singles of that many switches in any other way. Most sites sell switches in units of 10. Sure, if you’ve already got a good idea of what you like, you could get 10 of each, but getting a switch tester anyway might be a better investment because you might find the switch you like isn’t one of the two you expected.
