May I ask, what is the difference between:
A.) Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional Type-S
and
B.) Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional Hybrid Type-S
?
Thanks!

The hybrid has USB-C, Bluetooth, and remappability
, the original has Micro-USB and neither of the aforementioned features.

Awesome thanks for the help. Do you think USB-C is worth the extra? I can care less about Bluetooth, and shouldn't need to remap anything.

If you only want the USB-C, might I recommend the classic? It's the same as the hybrid without Bluetooth (and there is a workaround for remappability if need be)

Great, thanks again!

You can also get a regular HHKB 2 and get one of Hasu's USB controller boards. There's a version that has USB-C and has QMK support.

Another question, why would BKE Ultra Light Redux domes be superior to stock on HHKB Pro 2 Type-S?

Preference. Get a sample, and if you like the BKE domes more, swap em in
