Not sure which one this is, but it is not one of the desirable ones, such as the DC-2014 or DC-3014, which have blue Alps switches. The one pictured might be a Leading Edge-branded board possibly made by BTC; if so, it could have foam and foil switches. It would be helpful if you could post pics of the back of the keyboard along with a close-up of a switch with the keycap removed.

Here is a picture of the back. Unfortunately, I can not remove the keycap as it is currently not in my possession.
