I bought my first mech a 60% with hot swap switches. Going to get some new switches to see what I like, springs, lube O rings, etc with the eventual goal of soldering together a board with F keys and numpad (87%???) I'm looking to get a separate number pad to build (risk less money) as I need a full board for work. eventually want to do more soldering and just have a cool hobby
