i am just wondering where to find keycaps with japanese writing below the english words for an anime keyboard that i am making

You're thinking about keycaps with japanese sublegends, there are a number of vendors that sell keycaps with what you're looking for, namely GMK, JTK, and ePBT (EnjoyPBT).

GMK and JTK are usually run in group buys and aren't readily available for purchase most of the time.
