Title: Alps integrated dome from a Cannon typewriter

Is it possible tp take Alps integrated dome switches from a Cannon typewrite and soldier them onto a modern Alp's PCB to make a custom keyboard?

I'm trying to do this too and cant find any compatible pcb. Is it worth to try handwiring?
