Hi! I have experienced an interesting problem. I just removed 16gb of ram from my computer, and now my DZ60v2 build is no longer recognized by my computer. I get an error message when I plug it in saying that the USB input has malfunctioned. Does anybody know how I can fix this problem? Thanks!

Have you tried it in a different USB port and on another cable, and another device on that cable and port? Nothing should have broken when removing RAM so you need to be sure what has, if anything. Windows seeing a 'new' keyboard (it isn't intelligent enough to realise it's the same board in a different port) might be enough to get it working again.

Unfortunately, I have :( My other boards work with the cable, and no matter what USB port I plug the DZ60 into, I still get the same error message. In addition, I tried connecting it to my brothers PC, and got the same error message. Did I fry the PCB? I made sure to have the power supply turned off when uninstalling the ram, but foolishly plugged the keyboard back in as the computer was rebooting.

Oh dear. You can try re-flashing the firmware, sometimes that will fix it. The reset button on the board will put it in bootloader mode as hotkeys wont work.

This is the second time you've completely saved my ass. Reflashing it worked like a charm. Not to drop some tmi, but I'm goin through some really ****ty family stuff atm and am not sure I could've handled another big blow. Seriously, thank you so much for being so quick to help. The community is super lucky to have you.
