Title: Buying mac keycaps for Hexgears Impulse?
Post by: grapefruit on Fri, 28 August 2020, 14:58:43
So I just ordered a new Hexgears Impulse (https://kono.store/products/hexgears-impulse-mechanical-keyboard?variant=21377492779091) keyboard with the RGB pudding keycaps which I intend to use with a Mac. I want to replace the Windows keys with Mac equivalents. I'm a keycap-replacement newbie. How & where would I order the individual keycaps that would match this keyboard? Thanks.

From what i have seen they don't exist mac pudding key-caps. MAC keys are on it self already pretty rare to find in key-cap sets.

I use usual keeb with Mac (and with PC both).
Use Karabiner to remap.
Caps not replaced. Just Alt = Command...

Max Keyboards has some backlit Mac keycaps, but they're not the pudding style ones.  So far they're the only source I've found for any sort of backlit Mac keycaps.  They also sell function keys with all of Apple's shortcut icons.  Otherwise, check out AliExpress or eBay if you just want the modifiers and are okay with non-backlit ones.
