TLDR - Everything looks great apart from a couple minor things noted below.

Going to move the position of the two visible screws by 2/3 and 0/-, these will be moved outwards one key from the middle to 1/2 and -/= so they aren't as visible. Build isn't final as I haven't received the gasket strips yet, so will have more angles of the proto when they arrive. These have just finished production and look great, image below.

Valhalla

An ergo 65%, developed from the ground up. Featuring Noxary DUAL V2 Mount, no visible screws, and a seamless case design, Valhalla is the first in Series 3 - the next generation of Noxary boards.

Mounting

The Noxary DUAL V2 Mount uses custom o-ring shaped strips. They sit both above and below the plate, around the perimeter, to perfectly emulate two large diameter o-rings. The unique shape of the strips enable precise control over plate movement, creating a unique sound & feel.

Layout

Compared to existing ergo options, the distance between the two halves is increased ~150%, whilst the alpha tilt is decreased from 12 degrees to 8. Along with the Noxary LEDGE, which lowers the front height, the typing comfort is improved greatly.

The bottom row features 1.5 - 1 - 1.5 caps on each side, with a 2.75u spacebar on the left, and 2.25u on the right. The 2.75u can be split into 1.75 - 1u, and the 2.25u into 1 - 1.25u. The traditional options of full or split Backspace, and regular or stepped Caps Lock remain.

Design

The design is unmistakably Noxary - a low front & clean side profile. The DUAL Mount is designed not only to produce a unique typing experience, but also to hide any screws on the outside. The front corners made by tilting the alphas have been curved too. These four elements combined creates the signature aesthetic.

Connection

The PCB is designed by Gondolindrim, and has been kept simple. Switches must be soldered as this provides the best overall typing experience, and there are no in-switch LEDs. The physical layout options have been kept to a minimum, and can be fully programmed through VIA firmware. A USB-C daughterboard is centrally located between the two alpha halves.

I generally think "ergo" alice boards with arrow keys often looks off balanced - but this one seems well done with the implementation of the close nav cluster on the right. Quite beautiful, as always, Xondat!

I agree, none of them satisfied me so I did it myself. No regrets spending months on the layout :p

Looks fantastic!!

Does the PCB (and plate) support split L-Shift (2.25 to 1.25 + 1)? If it doesn't then please consider adding it <3

Absolutely!

Personally I'll be keeping the spacebars full width, but I know there is a good portion of people that want the extra key or two there :)

After receiving manufacturing feedback, and giving it a lot of thought, the mounting system in Valhalla will be upgraded to DUAL V2. This will feature several semi-circle strips in replacement of the o-rings. The new semi-circle strips are designed to exactly replicate the compression that'd occur with an o-ring, therefore providing the same typing experience. With o-rings, assembly was quite the annoying experience, so the change is a welcomed nice side effect.

I've updated the OP with this info and am happy to answer any questions :)
