I am a Canadian expat in Hong Kong I've been following this site for almost a year now. I started with building a 60% wood keyboard and since then my hobby has evolved to making 3D renders of keycaps, and now back plate and case, one thing just led to the next idea, I am looking forward to sharing my work and hopefully I will get some good tips from the veterans in the keyboard hobby.
Cheers

Welcome to GH :)
How did you find the space for woodwork in HK?

Thanks for the greetings Jamster
The wood keyboard I built was just one of those cases I ordered off KBD fans lol, at first I just wanted a wood keyboard for my setup but after I built the first one I got hooked and started dreaming up my own parts. I am having lots of fun coming up with new designs, hopefully by next month I will have something made.

This place is worth checking out if you want to get into making your own stuff: https://www.makerbay.org/
Lots of tools- 3D printers, CNC machines, table saws, planers. Admittedly it's a bit out of the way.
