Title: Apple M0116 keyboard
Post by: winteralfs on Tue, 06 October 2020, 18:23:28
I had a question about reassembling a M0116 Apple Keyboard.  I can't get two serial ports back into the bottom tray. I was wondering how they were supposed to align them in the tray for proper reassembly? Thanks for your time!

Does this help?

Thank you, that does help. If it is not too much trouble, could you take a photo with the top case removed, showing the inside orientation of the serial plates? Here is what I get when I try and replicate your orientation. They do not seem to fit in the case, even after pressing quite hard and jamming them in the spot? Here is a photo.

Looks like you need to flip it over with the PCB towards the switches instead of the case back.
