Post by: tp4tissue on Fri, 23 October 2020, 19:13:38
Apparently burp on command is not a universal skill.

Anyone else not able to do it ?

I was not able to previously. People tried to explain to me how to do it and I just couldn’t do it. Now I can do it with no problem. Probably started a couple years ago. Not sure what changed

Can't burp on command. As a kid I always felt a little left out because the only way I could do it was to chug some soda. :D

Try dis' techniq..

Swallow a small air bubble half way down your neck, when you feel a knot there, Tighten your ab muscles, mouth open.

Burp does not involve lungs, do not exhale.

I used to know a kid in military who could fart on command. We put a sheet of paper against his hole and he created actual suction then ripped one. One of those memories that vividly stick with you.

I can't do it without making myself nauseous.

Swallowing air no good.

I also don't use straws.

You don't let the air bubble all the way down, just half way down, 3-4 inches past the neck. then simultaneously tighten abs and relax airway.

not a fan of thin straws, bubble tea bubble straws are gud' though.  more than once 've almost choked to death on bubble tea.

I can, but only a little one. The really big ones are involuntarily generated/created/conceived (I'm really not sure which verb to use here).
