Do you know if these will fit the Cherry MX Blue keyswitches on the Filco FKBN104MC/EB board?

Yes, they do fit. One of the donor boards for my ISO majestouch is that model.

The Caps Lock, Alt, Ctrl, Windows, Menu, Keypad 0, Keypad + and Right shift are of the wrong size. Delete, End, Page Down and keypad '-' are of the wrong height.

As I read the OP Listing, the assumption is that the Seller is selling :-

"Lot of 6 Cherry MY7000 POS Keyboards manual/software." So best be cautious that you are buying the actual keyboards and not just the paper/disks.

"Lot includes one (1) software disk and one (1) user manual"
At no point in the Listing which actually say you are buying keyboards, although it does state the condition of keyboards/testing etcetera...

They're not all double-shot boards!

The one front left clearly is, but the one front right clearly isn't. And the one back right doesn't look too promising either.

With the exception of the non-standard keys on the right, yes, they will.
