Hey everyone!
I'm excited to be here. I got introduced to custom MKBs through a random Taeha Types Polaris build video a couple of days ago, and decided this would be a cool project to pursue. I recently built my gaming pc and that was a really fun project to do, and I hope this is even better (yes ik this is going to run my wallet).
I know the basic components of a keyboard, but know nothing about the various different options, which I hope to learn here. I want to build a budget 60% keyboard and the only component I've decided on so far are Gateron Milky Yellow switches. Amped to be a part of this community and thank you for welcoming me!

Welcome! Switches are always a great place to start seeing as there are so many to choose from & are needed no matter what build you choose to go with.
I think the next step should be looking into cases! You can go with something simple & readily available or possibly find something that peaks you interest in an upcoming or active group buy!
This will allow you to then look into compatible PCB’s & plates to finalize your choice of components for your build.
Best of luck, I look forward to seeing it come together! :thumb:
