Title: It has been 15 days and still no reply from RAMA support

Is this normal? On their support portal they did mention it takes ~1 week to process a ticket.
But it has been 15 days and they still haven't replied.
Other vendors that are just as well known are usually very quick to reply, either through email/discord/IC thread.
So I don't understand why it takes this exceptionally long for Rama.

There are delays as with everything else thanks to drumphdemic and his repooplican cronies.

Rama is 1 guy, so give him some time, we know he's legit.

You also have the holiday shopping madness thrown in there now.

Try social media, companies tend to respond faster there.
