I dig this super hard! GL, excited to get one! Hopefully unlimited

Interesting

The plate design is reallly bad

May display immature behavior.
LOL Why you no like home boi? Looks alright to me, minus the "2 macro" cluster, but a lot of boards choose to have that less then aesthetically pleasing design element for whatever reason (make it 3, better functuay).
Anywho, I have a cheap red dragon keyboard with that style of encoder, and looks aside, they are not as fun to use as the vertical knobs. Maybe if you had it stick further up from the case, it would look more unique, separate it from those cheaper gaming keyboards I was referring to, and give a funner. more tactile experience.

I like the inspiration but nothing about the design language of the actual board really feels "tentacly". And while I already don't like separated arrows, these arrows feel like they are on their own private island out in the middle of nowhere. Also the front view looks like the entire things sits on a box, creating a gap in the front which I am not too fond of either. I am having a hard time understanding what about this design makes it a "dream keyboard" for you. It has a lot of the features of pretty much every other 75% IC out right now and lacks any functional form. Unless your dream keyboard was to just have one named after an aquatic animal.

Keeping an eye on this for sure

that badge and encoder look astonishing

consider using ai03's plate generator over the swillkb plate generator. as far as mounting goes, consider using more mounting tabs along the top and bottom, and remove the mounting points on the sides as putting mounting points on the sides can make the type feel very stiff. the screw holes look really small too, but i don't know what size they are currently. also, try not to place mounting points beneath the spacebar as that can make the spacebar really stiff and loud; removing the bottom out of the switch cutout seems to help with this too. adding acoustic cuts to the plate can also influence change the sound and theoretically help make the sound more consistent.
i'd also recommend opening up the plate to allow for a 7u bottom row (if my math is right it'd be a 1.5u 1u 1.5u 7u 1.5u bottom row), split backspace, stepped caps lock, and split left shift/iso enter depending on whether or not you want to allow for universal plate.

Look great mate!

I absolutely adore the badge!

I'm super interested in this keeb! I think I would prefer to have rounded edges, along with maybe an ornate kraken art on the weight. Maybe make PCB decorated with a cute squid boi or something? Interesting knob choice! I would just prefer if the encoder was a bit more elevated so that people with bigger fingers like me don't rub the case when we go to adjust volume.
TD;DR- Personal preferences: rounder edges, decorated PCB and weight, more defined encoder.
GL!
