Ok well this is it, at the time of me typing this my first topre? Post got a lot of traction with 75 reply’s and over 4000 views, that’s insane. Now I’m planning on taking the leap of faith and buying a topre keyboard, anything that won’t shatter my bank? (Preferably under 200$)

This is forum mis-use, poor-conduct, bad-etiquette, but Tp4 wont' stop you.

I'm going to go out on a whim and give a reserved maybe. @Error213 if you're in the market for Topre switches, here's the short answer. Topre Corp. sells RGB keyboards and I only like those because they come with cross stem sliders preinstalled. A pack of cherry compatible sliders are about $20 if shipping is free. Leopolds go for just as much if not more than MSRP Realforce and HHKB. You'll be hard pressed to find what you want under $200 unless you seek out used boards that tend to get snatched up faster than you can ask for them, and if they are aftermarket consider yourself lucky if they are less than $190. Do keep an eye out since a lot of people get in and don't like the switch mechanism. That's the best gateway info you can get out of anybody that will reply here unless they want to sell you their keyboard for your price range.
