Hello y'all, Ive been working on my first pcb for a custom macro pad with 2 rotary switch encoders
SO far im pretty happy in my design but would appreciate any help and feedback as this is my first design. I searched the internet as much as I could before coming here.

Looks good with a brief look. I would add an ESD chip on the USB if it’s going to be plugged in a lot.

Edit: Plus a 0.1uF cap to GND on the reset.
Edit2: I think the recommendation is to leave the USB connector shell disconnected unless in a shielded enclosure.
