Hi guys, my FC980C has a big problem with spacebar (PBT spacebar), it's rattling from all side (left, right, middle). The sound is so off comparing to other keys, it sounds tick-tick, no more 'thocking' sound :(. Guess that I have to disassemble to lube the stab but it still has 1-year warranty so is there anyway to fix it without voiding warranty? :(
If disassembling is the only option, I don't know how to do it, never done this before :(

Get some superlube in the stabilizers and your sound will be muted again like before. I assume it normally came with a ABS space bar otherwise it could be that the pbt space-bar is warped.

I've tested with ABS spacebar and rattling still happens...

Sounds like the wire popped out of one of the hooks on the housings that hold it in place. You can usually get a precision flathead screwdriver in between the plate & stab housing to force it back into it's clip.

I actually think a warped spacebar fixes this problem...
