I just bought a new keyboard, an XD75. Initially, I'd thought about going with Kailh Box Silent switches. One of the reasons I eventually decided against those was the whole thing that Kailh Box switches might damage your keycaps. So I went with Gateron Silents instead. And now some of my keycaps fall off when I turn the board upside down

Are your keycaps cracked, or are the Gateron stems just too small? Which keycaps are they (Cherry, SP, Tai Hao?)?

and the kailh box cracking thing was solved more than a year ago, no longer an issue... but yeah seems strange that your caps just fall off, i have gmk on gat silent reds and they are pretty tight

As far as I can tell, they are not cracked. I don't really remember the brand, they're some cheapo caps I bought from Aliexpress a while back. Also, they were installed on my Kinesis before, which has Cherry MX browns. Maybe they are just a bit worn out now? I don't know.

Good to know, thanks.
