Title: Feeling pretty health
Post by: tp4tissue on Fri, 25 December 2020, 13:36:31
Been eating curry+rice for ~3 weeks now, 2 out of 3 meals a day.

The curry Tp4's been making is essentially Veggie-Concentrate.

Based on calculations the of water boiled-off, This has approximately doubled Tp4's total veggie intake.

Maybe feeln' gud cuz of 2x veggie nutrients.

I've been trying to work spinach into a curry, but it's got that astringent texture which makes the mouth feel not smooth.

TP has inspired me. I have dramatically increased my veggie intake in the last couple of months. Without much effort, I have almost eliminated processed sugars from my diet. My days have been a blur of sweet potatoes, spinach, celery, carrots, onions, broccoli, cauliflower, avocado, berries, apples, and oranges. No, I still eat meat, fish, cheese, and eggs, but I’ve definitely benefited by placing a greater emphasis on more unprocessed foods. It’s been easy to avoid the unhealthy snacks when the stomach is full of greens.

Careful on the fish, it's heavily neurotoxic.

I try to avoid the fish that have higher heavy metal contents. Besides, in my career  I probably absorbed enough lead to repel gamma rays so if it the side effects were going to happen, it likely would have already.

Lead absolutely, but also Mercury (Hg). These bio-accumulate up the marine food chain. pcbs, dioxins, medical waste, all shorts of dangers.
