Title: Need help about starting keycap group buys!

Hi
Kinda new here. and just got into designing keycaps. Got a few questions about starting a group buy:

1. Is running group buys hard/difficult?

2. If I had everything GMK or Signature Plastics asked for:

    keycaps, kit layout/s
    .svg files for any new legends
    color codes
    convex keys

What is the next step?

3. What are vendors? How they interact during this process? Are they helpful?

4. Is designing your own keycaps and running group buys worth the time and money?
