Title: Cheap keyboard weird issue. Can i have some help ?

Hello.

I would need some help because i'm stuck with a issue.

It's about a YMD75 pcb that i just solder, mount, etc ... There is a weird lattency on keys at random moment. So on desktop i don't feel it, but ingame my caracter can run straffe for a second on, or continu walking, ...
I don't understand why it's doing this. Can it be a bad flashing ? Or bad switches ?

Switches are gateron milky clear. Tried with different cable on different usb port and on different computer.

Not an answer but are you using QMK or bootmapper firmware?
