Hello Everyone,

i am looking forward to place an Order for Sprintek SK8707 Trackpoint Modules. Since the inital shipping costs are high, i would be happy to share them with a few other keyboard enthusiats. These Modules are quite rare and cant be be bought (as far as i know) anywhere else (apart from a drop in 2015). The Predecessor, SK8702, was (or is) used in the TEX Keyboards with Trackpoint.


If we are enough buyers, we also could do a group buy of cnc machined stem extensions, which are necessary for most keyboard builds with Trackpoints.

Price: 30 USD + Shipping (depending on the quantity)
Lead Time: 2 weeks

EDIT: Attached Dimensions and just wanted to say it might seems strange for 1st Post to run an IC/GB, but i have been reading along in this forum for years and registered 1,5 years ago. I've been more active in the reddit community under the same username.

I very interested like a month ago, but I just got an used thinkpad keyboard and scrapped it for the trackpoint.
If you run a GB, I'm in tho.

Which version? 3.3V compatible one?

In the Datasheet it says 4.4V to 5.25V.
Datasheet of the old Version SK8702 says 3.15V to 5.25V (But this Version isnt available anymore)
