It's a bad time to buy and TKL is out of style at the moment.

Check Krepublic and KBDfans. If you want a more classically styled TKL WASD has a nice traditional TKL with aluminum case though it's not a kit.
Other options are Idobao (2 styles both available in hot swap or not) and the new GMMK Pro.

Right now is actually a great time to find an inexpensive TKL kit. NovelKeys opened the preorder for their NK87 (https://novelkeys.xyz/collections/frontpage/products/nk87-aluminum-edition-preorder), which has an aluminum case, hotswap sockets, and a frankly ludicrous amount of silicone damping for $265. I'm typing this on an NK65 and the quality and value are through the roof, so I would feel good betting on the TKL equivalent.

e: lol, I just realized that my gushing praise and 2 total posts make this look extra shillish. The NK65 is real good tho.

If you want one do the group buy or be prepared to spend the next year or more trying to get one.

The last NK65 shipment was gone in a few days (with aluminum edition gone long before that), in the shipment before that before that (which was limited) aluminum versions were gone in 3 minutes (I timed it). The KBDfans KBD67v2 was mostly gone in less than 24 hours.

Obtaining certain computer hardware right now is extremely difficult, CPUs, GPUs, SFX power supplies, webcams, and keyboards have been hit the hardest. And while some of those will and have started to ease (webcams in particular) some of these (GPU, CPU and keyboards) will have shortages for at least another year.

What exactly does "custom" mean to you?  Build-it-yourself?  Fancy chassis with brass slug and accent badge?  Blinkenlights chasing each other around like rabid kittens?
