I really like the very bright (1st) design. Pops really well. While the other options are nice, I don't think they pop quite as well -- while they do match the colour scheme of Banana Split switches pretty closely, they feel a bit too muted when the alternative is available.

Are you trying to test different levels of saturation?

#1 obviously grabs attention, though #3 also looks nice.  #2 with white legends on yellow doesn't work with the purples, IMO.

I'd pick #3 but more pastel-ish would look much nicer imo

Maybe try a dark background. It usually compliment the main part more.

I think the third one down is a good mix of fun, unique, and visually pleasant.
