So, there's this whole case of (depleted) gut microbiom due to antibiotics use and our modern divorce from a Soil-heavy environment.
The bacteria has to be naturally occuring in the environment, and we would be exposed to at least a few grams eaten every day if we didn't have so much concrete and pavement.
Thoughts ? Increase gut microbiom diversity by a pinch of ol'Soil ?
We're talking pinches, not spoonfuls.

You can under desperate circumstances
These mud cookies don't make any sense.
If they have virtually no nutritional value, then producing them is going to be a net loss. How are they economically viable ? It would only accelerate starving to death.

there's butter and sugar, so enough to get some energy. I've heard of people doing similar things with sawdust, adding meat, or butter and sugar to make something edible.
