I wouldn't put too much faith in it after seeing how much Sea Shepherd is involved.

I agree sea shepherd is an extremist group, but TBH, i can't deny they are well within moral boundaries in face of such overwhelming evil that is the fishing industry.

Haven't seen the show, but the book https://www.npr.org/2019/08/21/751707831/the-outlaw-ocean-a-forgotten-frontier-where-slavery-and-illegal-activities-aboun (https://www.npr.org/2019/08/21/751707831/the-outlaw-ocean-a-forgotten-frontier-where-slavery-and-illegal-activities-aboun) is very good, although chilling.

Extremists groups have their issues, their founder was booted out of an extremist group for being too extreme.
He's manipulative and has no trouble sending untrained people into dangerous situations they shouldn't be in (or fully understand) while he talks to the press and pushes backers for more money. I'm still amazed no one died on Whale Wars.

Have you seen it yet, LLann, I don't agree in using violence in general, but after you see the documentary it's like, wow the fishing industry should be lined up and kimjong justiced.

They were not using violence (at least not extreme), but their efforts often amounted to maritime piracy (by a bunch of untrained and grossly unprepared amateurs).
I have not watched it, but of course the industry is dirty, many industries are, especially ones where it's easy to lie or cheat and makes them more money. The captains on Deadliest Catch often made a big deal at weigh in about having the crew watch them do the offload because they knew the factories would lie about the weight.

They had the title "Conspirasea" right there...

Llann, you gotta watch it. It's absolute criminal.

They probably didn't pick that because people would type conspiracy and not find it.
