I am just starting. I bought an entry prebuilt, but am now wanting to do something basic with hotswappable switches so I won't have to solder anything right away. Everything I have seen on Youtube points to Group Buys as the way to save money. Any suggestion on where to start?

I might suggest taking a look through some of the vendors listed here: https://www.keebtalk.com/t/list-of-keyboard-retailers-shops-stores-vendors/9022 (https://www.keebtalk.com/t/list-of-keyboard-retailers-shops-stores-vendors/9022)
Are you looking for higher-end hot-swap boards or something more budget or midrange?

Ye Gods, YouTube channels on keyboards must be truly terrible if they are seriously suggesting group buys as a way to save money in this hobby.
They are a way to get very low production enthusiast kits, but they are by no means 'cheap' and there are very probably risks of long delays or total non-delivery. Spend some time in the group buy forum to get a feel for how these things proceed before getting involved.
Want something simple and hot swappable to try things out? Look at GMMK.
