Title: (PCB) Key not Actuating? Possibly Broken Pad? Any help appreciated.

Hi guys, I've been working with this PCB and found that my left shift was not actuating when pressed. After a long time troubleshooting, I'm pretty sure the solder pad is broken and I need to bridge the connection, but I'm not sure how. When I connect the pads to others from the same/different rows + columns, I get varying results. Could anyone help me with this? Thank you.
