hi everyone, i have got this keyboard. But i don't know how to access bootloader to program it. Could you help me? (http://)

Near the black square chip there are two pins in a circle marked 'reset' - short those two pins and it will enter bootloader mode so you can flash it.  Hopefully you know what it is as you'll need to find the right firmware.

thank you, when i short like this. And does it will reset after i connect keyboard to computer?

You need to short it for just a moment While the pcb is connected to the pc.  That will make it reboot and enter the boot loader.  You can’t leave it shorted or it will just hang.
