And, preferably, hot swappable.
Does such a thing exist? All I can find is the Keychron K2 hot swap (sold out and in any case I'd prefer a custom) and the GK84 (long gone). What I really want is a bluetooth PCB in the YMDK acrylic case:

Are you sold on 75%? There are a ton of TKL kits with bluetooth radios available on aliexpress.
You could use an external converter - http://handheldsci.com/kb/
I've also seen a few USB > Bluetooth conversion tutorials if you can find the right board and you're up to the task. One's linked below
