Is It Possible to buy a keyboard without the switches or caps? Specifically a varmillo

Most boards are sold without switches or caps or stabs. Varmillo seems highly unlikely, check out their website though, I remember they were doing some custom stuff though

Varmilo custom shop is the closest you will get for turning a Varmilo into what you want, short of desoldering.

You can order various hotswap TKLs and full-size from GMMK, Archon, Monstargear, and Everglide that can be ordered without any switches or keycaps.
