The one on eBay is g80-3494Hbla
G80 3494 HKMUS)
NO, that one is not doubleshot. Didn't you read Imnop's post?
There is/was a 3484 which had doubleshots, but it didn't have nkey rollover.
I want that. Not necessarily for the red switches but for the white case and red logo.
I got a G80-3494-LYCUS2 today (for around 800 RMB) and well just impressed about the difference to the mx black. I can hardly imagine to go back to black now :/.
Now i have to write diatec and costar about a filco tenkeyless with cherry mx red!
Hmm is there an easy way to mod a filco mx black with mx red switches? (link to guide appreciated!)

Sure, check the key wiki (http://geekhack.org/showwiki.php?title=All+About+Keys).
Basically, doubleshot improves key feel since they're thicker and maintains really nice legends throughout the life of the key cap.
$118 US. Not bad. Of course I'd have to travel to China first.
Cherry Swapping Guide - just put a blue or brown Cherry MX spring in (http://translate.google.com/translate?js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&layout=1&eotf=1&u=http%3A%2F%2Fmy3c.com%2FD5%2Fviewthread.php%3Ftid%3D4625%26extra%3D%26page%3D1&sl=auto&tl=en). Not sure of cheap donor keyboards in China.
we think the difference of Cherry black and red is just the spring and the collor of the switch.
I did it finally! Works like a charm. \o/

The red version, I believe, was simply only ever intended for the Asian marketplace. If you look on the Internet, you’ll find that most of the ‘keyboard geeks’ (for want of a better term) are in Asia and for some odd reason, seem to really like our keyboards. I think this is because all they see coming out of the Asian factories, are simple membrane keyboards that are cheaply made and want something a little more substantial….coupled with the fact that some of them want to replicate our products in their own market no doubt! The red key-stemmed version is designed more for gamers, apparently and has a slightly different force/travel than on any other version, but has never been produced in a UK layout – in fact, I believe it’s only available in two language variants – both with over-printed ‘Asian’ characters of some form – not sure whether they’re Korean/Chinese/Japanese or which layout, but based around a US 104 key. If we get enough orders, we can get them produced in UK layout – however, to raise the order with the German factory, means an order of at least 135pcs (3 boxes)!!

The Keyboard Company (Bruce Whiting), who’s also a reseller for Filco. Bruce recently got an order for a large quantity (200,000pcs) of red stemmed MX modules that we’re waiting to supply – I can only guess that someone else is entering the market producing keyboards with our red switches, so look out!
Oooo.... finally somebody jumping in. Majestouch at Elitekeyboards was always kinda lazy.
It is a beautiful keyboard indeed.
I have the same one with blues. ;p
Got it NIB for 20EUR, yeah.
