Hey Everybody
This is an interest check for a new Artisan keycap I've been working on alongside a few others, my new Gundam TR-6 Woundwort keycap. It's an original model based on drawings and various pictures online for reference.
It's modeled fully in Fusion 360 and printed on my Anycubic photon Mono X. I hope to make the final versions using Anycubic's plant based resin for the added bonus of being biodegradable and more environmentally friendly, while still being as durable as any other printed resin. It features lighting through the eyes, cannons, and head camera as well.
The purpose of this interest check is to hear some feedback and generally hear what people think! Below are renders of the model as well as one of the prototype caps, which I left grey since it happened to perfectly match my keycaps already.

Thanks for the feedback from everyone!!!! It's so exciting to see interest and hear all of the wonderful feedback! I hadn't realized how many people would also like a non LED pass through version, so yesterday I made a solid version with eyes for those people! Now there are two versions, one with LED holes, and one without.
I saw that someone was concerned about the pointy forehead being uncomfortable to use, however I've actually found your finger naturally sits on the smooth top of the head, so it's surprisingly comfy.
I also noticed someone asking about other Gundam caps, and I actually have more! Later today, or possibly tomorrow, I will be putting out separate interest checks for both a Barbatos inner frame (as of now it is only inner frame, I plan on doing barbatos, along with several IBO gundam frames in the future), as well as a set of Shiden frame caps also from IBO.
Finally, to answer Toshihir0's question, I am absolutely taking commissions, and feel free to reach out!

Hi again everyone, I just wanted to let everyone know I'm back on this project, and I've posted another interest check for not only this keycap but a few others! I understand it's been about a year since this thread went quiet, however if you're still intersted or want to see some gundam themed sculpts, check out my new stuff! wow it looks amazing! would definitely get one! would be cool if you made sure that if the eyes aren't shine through that you add eyes so I'd doesn't look like black holes...excited to see the final product!

Being a big gundam fan, I am interested. However, the V-fin needs to be more closed in order to replicate the Woundwort's head. Also, a non-transparent version with the default gundam teal colors would be well appreciated since a lot of boards do not have RGB.
I'll be keeping a close eye on your profile, in hopes of maybe more gundam related artisans *cough* sinanju *cough*

I'm not one to buy artisans but holy **** this is nice, I love it and I'll eagerly be watching for the GB and IC's for this and others!! Char's Zaku II would also be really cool. Fantastic work :)

It will be 3D printed and painted, with a combination of airbrush / spray and hand painting
