Title: Guava

It's kind of like, a messed up apple cross strawberry, with little crunchy rocks inside..

Thoughts ?

Pink guava is the highest lycopene and vitamin C whole food available, I'm a huge fan and advocate of it. I try to drink a few cans of guava nectar a week.
And frankly, it's not even close in terms of other foods with a whopping 5200μg lycopene per 100g of guava.
To put that into perspective, watermelon which is #2 is around 4500μg per 100g

The amazing health benefits keep coming, with guava also being the #1 highest whole food source of vitamin C at 377mg per cup.
Absolutely CRUSHING anything else with kiwi being #2 at a miserable 167mg per cup. Insane!

Vitamin A, b3, b6, C and a great source of healthy fiber. If you are health conscious at all, guava should be a staple of your weekly diet.

i never tried whole guava, only juice, but it is one of the best fruit juice around, so i guess the fruit can't be that bad :)

Hmmm... I need to look for it over here, I wonder if you can buy them easily in supermarkets.
