Title: 65% keyboard case

Where can i get aluminum case and plate and maybe foam for such 65% layout, realy cant find any.

That layout is often called a 68%.
Only 3 companies have made that layout as far as I know, Magicforce (cheap Chinese half plastic, half aluminum), a person who made a replacement programmable pcb for it called the MF68, LFK (who seems to have all but retired) and Varmillo who made plastic, aluminum and magnesium versions, only the plastic remains. There's probably been a group buy or two as well but that's about it.

Personally I think it's a better layout even if a little larger but this layout has never caught on as 65% pretty much killed it as soon as it started getting any traction.

Not sure about PCB but you might be able to find something on China, I've seen sellers on AliExpress offer services to make custom cases and plates, I'd start there.
