Title: Escape - f4 is not working please help

I was modding my razer black widow v2, plugging it in Esc f1 f2 f3 and f4 did not work when I plugged it in please help

No diodes and no visible traces - this will not be fun.

Do you have a multimeter or continuity tester?  If you do check to see if the upper or lower pins of the dead switches are connected (or at least Esc-F3 as F4 is possibly damaged) and if they are touch a wire from that pin (top or bottom) of F5 to the other pin on a dead switch and if you're lucky it will type the right key.

If that makes no sense let me know and I'll add some dots.

That is a lot of splatter.
Clean off the splatter, it's possible some of that is causing a short.  I doubt that's the problem but it's possible and is hiding traces.
