GMK Classic Retro Katakana
GMK cherry profile keyset with Katakana sublegends

Ex Ecliptica by me [my upcoming keyboard project]

Reasoning
Beige is my favourite at the moment.
With katakana sublegends it would be perfect to go on my silver keyboards.
I hope it's something everyone else is interested in too.

No, I don't currently intend to publicly run a buy for the design and I am not trying to generate interest for it.

It's just nice to say, "since I last checked in, I have made progress in this" - or "I am doing this". Since some may have only seen Iconographic and Ex Arkhe, and may therefore say those are the only things I have attempted to do

Today I learnt I'm not allowed to render a keyset on boards i've designed. I will remember this for next time.

I've noticed all these keyboard designers who have done the same, or have rendered on their friends/business partner's boards, [and/or where a renderer has used their own board for a render] I expect you will also want to inform them they shouldn't do this:

Don't mind them. You render how you like it. Feedback: please add R3 Pg up and  R4 Pd Dn to the base kit plus a pink iso enter. I would like to have a macro kit and an accent kit which has accene esc, ansi + iso enter and space bar (preferably stock color) for more color combos.

The tilde key sublegend should be ロ (correct: `~ロ), not ー. As it stands, ロ is currently completely missing from the set.
The ー should instead be a quaternary sublegend on the -_ホ key (correct: -_ホー). See GMK Mecha-01 (https://mitormk.files.wordpress.com/2020/07/mecha-01_base.png), as well as this guide (https://imgur.com/76Ljttk), for a reference.

The 半角 / 全角 key doesn't serve any purpose in this kit, and as such, it can be removed.

In its place, I recommend adding R3 PgUp, R4 PgDn keys for 65% boards. Since this is a small kit, you may also want to consider including accent arrows; those too play really well with 65% (and other sizes too, obviously, but you know 65% is where it's at).

On a different note, I have an IC tip for you: Use an image hosting service (like Imgur) and embed the images using [​img][​/img] tags rather than attaching them directly to the post. That way, the post will be much easier to read on mobile using Tapatalk.

i assume hes referring to the added time to colormatch the pink since all other colors are obviously stock

Please consider icon mods (non-dixie variant).
There is only one GMK icon mod set avail and that one is quite rare: GMK 9009 (r1 and r2).
Almost all Beige sets have text+icon mods, which is boring (and imo not as beautiful).

Also consider using Purse Caps Lock and XBOX 1.5u Backspace. (Also only in 9009 R1).
