Hooty is quite the grumpy little owlet, usually disgruntled, tired, generally unimpressed, and always waking up on the wrong side of the bed.
Hooty will feature low contrast and saturation doubleshot greys throughout the set and novelties, with soft, bright pink UV throughout the base and novelties. Same pink will be used as the doubleshot accent legend, and the keycaps in the accent kit. Grey keycaps and legend in the accent kit is GMK 2B. Pink and light grey are custom.

i'm thinking since this is running next month this isn't really an IC, but if you are open to kiting suggestions, consider 3 key moved into base. i don't think many 40s users are going to buy an expansion module for support on their boards. additionally, i don't think there is a lot of value in the two arrow key sets in the base. perhaps you could drop these keys and include 3 key and f13 without changing your costs greatly. this might cut down on a few expansion modules sales, BUT it may increase a few base kit sales.
alternatively, you could drop a set of arrow keys and include alice in base.

Additionally, this may be personal but I strongly prefer macro columns to be 1-5 and 6-10 so you can use them on boards with single macro columns (TMO, Tsukuyomi, etc.)

bub pretty much covered everything I wanted to say. Forcing XT macro with spacebars and 40's is probably gonna upset a lot more people than it pleases.
I'm kinda surprised there's no accent spacebars. That's it. Not that I want them, but I would buy them if you forced all the spacebars together into one kit.

However I don't understand some of the kitting.
Why have the 2nd B in basekit but no Alice bars?
The only way to get the bars is in a Hootspansion kit which most likely will be pretty expensive. I also feel that Kit is trying to cover a bit of everything but most people will only want a few keys from it.
I don't see an Alice user using anything else than the 2 spacebars. And the person that just wants the Macro keys will also end up with tons of wasted keys.
I understand that this is often the case to have many unused keys, but if you have the 2nd B in basekit, please consider adding Alice support in the basekit (maybe the 2nd set of all grey arrows aren't necessary).
I'm sure this set will do very well, so a bigger base kit should be possible and still target a fair price.
ps: any chance for a Rama/Thok or other Metal Artisan?

Here are some thoughts after going through feedback from here and reddit.
Extra B in base - doesn't make sense to add to spacebar / expansion kit as the only key with UV. (Will remain in base.)
Pink on grey (legend accents) will be moved to accent kit - Grey on pink accent caps (Esc + Enters + Arrows) will be moved to base kit
Hangul - to be corrected and updated. Will be adding missing legends / consonants.
1.75U enter - supposed to be 1.5U (to be corrected and updated)
Thinking about cutting the current expansion kit, and moving a few of the keys into base. 3 key 40's, 2.25u shift, F13.
Spacebars will not be added to base, because I worry about pricing. Spacebar only kit will be added including 6.25U / 7U accent bars. (Maybe split pink bars as well - depending on quotes)
1U Alt Gr in base and accent kit to be replaced with Alt

The pink on grey looks so good.
The current Hootcents Grey on Pink kit makes sense the way it is. Not sure why you would move some of those keys to the base kit.
Does that mean the Pink on Grey Esc/Enter/Arrows will be move to the Hootcents kit or a separate accent kit? (either way personally not a big fan of that change).
Even though I would prefer Alice support in Base as I feel there are more Alice users than 40% users, a dedicated spacebars Kit is still a better option than the massive Hootspansion kit.
